About our mobile application
Starting from December 11, 2024, the current Omni application will be replaced by a new platform.
Main Updates
- It will now be possible to make and receive calls directly through the application.
- Improvements to the user experience with the adoption of new technologies.
What is the new application technology?
The new application will use PWA (Progressive Web App) technology, which combines the best of native applications with the flexibility of the web.
What is a PWA?
A PWA is designed to provide a rich and functional experience, similar to applications installed on the device, but without the need for downloads from the app store.
What are the advantages?
- Quick access: Simply access via the browser and create a shortcut on the device.
- Less space: Consumes less than 10% of disk space compared to a traditional app.
- Automatic updates: Always up to date, with no additional downloads required.
What are the requirements to use it?
- Only having the latest version of the Chrome or Edge browsers installed on the smartphone.
How to install?
If you still have the old Omni app installed:
- Open the current application and log out.
- Uninstall the old application from your smartphone.
After uninstalling the old Omni app:
- Access the application through the URL https://omni.digitalcontact.cloud/ in your smartphone browser.
- Tap the Chrome menu (three dots icon in the upper right corner) and select Add to Home Screen.
- A pop-up will appear with options, select Install.
- Done, the PWA will be installed and displayed as an icon on the device’s home screen.

Important Note
All current attendances will be loaded into the new application. You will not lose any data when performing the migration.
